Hi everyone, Miss Jess here. We know that this is a difficult time with a lot of changes. So we want to help make this process as smooth as possible for our students and your family.

On our website, we have an area labeled: For Parents. This is going to be an area where we help support your needs. In there we have a category labeled: How to Structure the Day. Miss Brittany from Garfield School, helped put together a video of what our day looks like. She explains what we do and the format of our day. This can help bring some normalcy to your child's day. There are also resources to create picture schedules for your children. Our 3rd years have these schedules at school, so they might enjoy them at home as well. There's also a daily schedule from Trillium Montessori, that's another great resource.

We're also hoping the children are able to do academic games on education.com. We know this is a great resource. On our main blog, we have a great resource area that involves every curriculum area of our classroom and how you can incorporate these areas at home! There are wonderful ideas and links. We're also hoping to do some parent education videos as well. Also, on our website, we have daily enrichments activities with our enrichment teachers. The children will have so much fun! On our website, we have songs, line times, classroom videos and stories that we'll be updating daily. We hope the children can enjoy these throughout the week.

We will be starting Zoom chats with the children if they'd like to attend. We will read the children some books, sing songs, go over the line times, and so much more. We'll be sending more information on time and days for that!
