Good morning boys and girls! It's Miss Elise here, and today we are going to talk about Venezuela! Venezuela is a country in the continent of South America.
Venezuela is bounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean to the north, Guyana to the east, Brazil to the south, and Colombia to the southwest and west. The national capital, Caracas, is Venezuela’s primary centre of industry, commerce, education, and tourism.
It’s the 33rd largest country in the world!
Venezuela is located at the top of the map - pink!
Spanish is the official language in Venezuela!
Venezuela has over 1,500 species of birds!

Venezuela is home to the largest waterfall in the world! It is called the Angel Falls. It is 3,212 feet tall! The waterfall is located in Canaima National Park. The waterfall is surrounded by a very dense jungle so its best to see the waterfall from a helicopter.
